Spring Season - Sad it's Over!

Girls 4 - 15 Welcome

Spring season was a great opportunity for players to continue to work on all that they learned during the Fall Season.  The season ran for 6 weeks and included 3 practice days and 3 game days.  We also ran a "Learn to Skate" zone this Spring Season & encouraged players of all skill levels to join us. 

Dates/Times/Location:  Spring Season took place at Mt View Ice Arena and ran Jan 31 through  Mar 6. We had 6 Sunday slots with -- get this -- 3 GAME DAYS! Seriously, how fun is that? (For those unfamiliar with RCHC, GAME DAYS are full ice scrimmages for the older kids (ages 9 & up) and x-ice scrimmages for the younger ones (4 to 8).  Dates skated were:

1/31: Practice - Show time is 11:45am for 12:15 skate
2/7:  GAME DAY! - Show times listed below by age
2/14:  Practice
2/21:  GAME DAY!
2/28:  Practice
3/6:  GAME DAY & Award Ceremony! (Last day of Spring Season)

TIMES:
Practice  - All ages take the ice from 12:15 to 1:15pm. 
GAME DAY - 9 & up skate from 12:15 to 1pm; 4 - 8 skate from 1 to 1:45pm. As always, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to make sure you are ready to hop on the ice at the proper time.

To date, we've given out over $1,300 in scholarships to girls who otherwise could not afford to play. Our scholarship window for Spring Season took place from Dec thru early Jan 2016.
