Advanced Camp has SOLD OUT! 

Camp will take place Aug 6-10 @ WSC

Advanced camp is for experienced players willing to work hard and take their game to the next level. Advanced camp includes chalk talk/video review, dry-land training, and two ice slots each day, all led by Olympian Lyndsey Fry.
​In addition, Josh Sweeney & his teammate will be on the ice Friday morning with us. 

Eligibility for Advanced Camp
(1) Players who participated in the RCHC-PJW Girls Development Program; or (2) Players with advanced skills, generally at the 12U, 14U, and 16U level (Birth yrs 2001-06). 

Details about Advanced Camp 
  • Aug 6-10, 2018, Winterhawks Skate Center in Beaverton, OR.
  • Advanced Camp times: 9:15am to 5:00pm daily.  All players should be dropped off/picked up at WSC.
    • (Note changes to the rink schedule in June caused us to change the start/end times for camp. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.)
  • Coaching - Olympian Lyndsey Fry will be joining us again. She's primed do everything in her power to make you a competitive hockey machine. The rest is up to you.
  • New this Summer - Rec camp players will be in a program separate from Advanced camp players. Both groups will split the morning ice, but Rec players will have different dry-land slots & different chalk talks.
  • Chalk Talk/Video Review - These sessions will set the tone for camp & identify concepts you'll practice on & off the ice.
  • Dry Land - You will do daily dry-land training at the Train Station, the facility across the road from WSC at 8785 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy.
  • Ice Time - You'll have two ice times each day, separated by a short break.
  • Valuables - Players are fully responsible for cell phones, wallets, and other valuables.
  • Price - $425.

Advanced Camp Schedule*
 9:15 – 9:30 - Drop off your player at WSC.
9:30 – 10:00 - Dress out.
10:00 – 11:00am - Ice Time (1 hr).
11:00 – 11:30am - Dress out.
11:30am – 12:00 – Players must bring their own lunch. (They will not be allowed to leave the rink.)
12:00-1:00pm – Chalk Talk.
1:00-1:30 - Dress Out.
1:30-3pm - Ice time (1.5 hr).
3:00 – 3:30 - Dress out / Walk with coaches to Train Station (8785 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy). Players will need helmet, stick, gloves. 
3:30-4:30/4:45 – Train Station dry-land. (End time may be adjusted.)
4:45-5pm – Walk back to WSC with coaches.
5:00pm – End of camp/pick up your player at WSC.

*Note: We had to adjust the daily schedule based on changes made recently to our camp ice times & dry-land times.

Scholarships
​Scholarships are no longer available at this time. We are currently reviewing all applications and will soon allocate our full scholarship budget to deserving applicants. (If you submitted an application, you'll hear from us soon.)
