End-of-Season Celebration March 17th

Welcome to our 2018/19 Learn to Play Hockey session for girls 6 through 10 (birth years 2012 through 2008).  We kicked off our program in early November and registration is now closed. With about 70 girls on the ice, we're proud to announced that we have sold out. 

Overview: This program is designed for younger girls who want to give hockey a try. We will create a safe, positive environment to help foster a love for the game – and a desire to continue playing! No skating or hockey experience is necessary and RCHC provides the gear.  As girls improve over the course of our season, they will join their teammates learning more hockey skills. Space is limited in this program so register here today and details follow.

Season Details:

Duration & Dates: 15 Week program on 
  • Nov 4, 11, 18,  (no skate on Nov 25 / Thanksgiving holiday)
  • Dec 2, 9
  • Jan 6, 13, 20, 27
  • Feb 3, 10, 17, 24 
  • Mar 3, 10, 17 *** Two make-ups & one BONUS session ***
  • Unfortunately, the rink had to cancel our ice times on 12/16 and 12/23. The good news is that we’re extending our season for March 3, 10, and 17. The first two skates are “make up” sessions and the third one is complementary -- our way of saying “thank you” to our RCHC families! ​
  • End-of-Season Celebration - To recognize your player's hard work all season, we'll hold a quick ceremony after practice on March 17 at the rink. Thanks & see you then!

When & Where:  Sundays from 11:45am to 1:30pm (actual ice time is 12:15pm to 1:15pm) at Winterhawks Skating Center (Beaverton, OR)

More Info/Mandatory Stuff:  (1) A valid 2018/19 USA Hockey membership number is required for registration. (2) All players are responsible for bringing their own mouth guards (and wearing em).

Scholarships:
Our scholarships have been allocated for the season. The application process is now closed.

Changes to Rink Schedule:  Sometimes the WSC has last-minute changes to its schedule. We'll do our best to minimize the impact on your player's experience and on our program overall. Thanks for your patience & understanding.
