RCHC Development Camp 2020
***UPDATE: Camp cancelled due to COVID-19*** We're sad to report that we have cancelled summer camp due to the pandemic. An email with details went out to parents on May 29th. Full refunds will be issued as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding. If you have a question, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you. Camp Info Prior to CV-19: Development Camp 2020 will take place July 13-17, 2020 for 12U players and older. It will be led by Olympian Lyndsey Fry and NWHL alumni Courtney Carnes -- two coaches who've played at the highest levels of women's hockey. Camp will take place at Winterhawks Skating Center in Beaverton, Oregon from 9am to 5:30pm with two hours of ice time daily (1:10-3:20pm). Players will also take part in dry-land training, turf time, video reviews, and chalk talks. (The schedule will be similar to our 2019 dev camp, which can be found here). Eligible Participants: Our development camp is for experienced 12U, 14U, 16U, and 19U players. (Birth years 2009 and older, per USA Hockey age categories for the 2020-2021 season.) Ideal participants are willing to work hard and determined to take their game to the next level. Please Note: players do not need to be in the girls development program or on a travel team to participate in camp. However, they must be experienced, competitive players. If you're unsure about your player's status, please email our Camp Director to discuss at [email protected]. Registration: Registration is closed. Cancellation: If we cancel camp due to COVID-19 or other reasons, participants will receive a full refund or may apply their fee to our summer camp in 2021. Limited Space: We only accept 50 players at camp & we've sold out the last two summers. Registration closes June 28, 2020. Scholarships: Our scholarship window is now open. Download the application form and submit it by June 1, 2020. (It must be post marked by that date.) Questions:
